Terms of Service

These terms apply to leadro.ai, to the free speed test and to text messages from Leadro Solutions ("we", "us"). By using the site, requesting a speed test or opting in to our texts, you agree to them.

The free speed test

• When you request a speed test, you confirm you own the business or are authorized to request the test for it.
• We contact your business the way a homeowner would (for example, one web request and one after-hours call) and log the replies for 7 days. Your staff won't be told in advance.
• We don't record test calls. We log timestamps and the type of reply.
• Results go to the person who requested the test. We don't publish results that identify your business.
• The test is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything.

Text messaging (SMS)

• Program. Leadro Solutions sends text messages to business owners who opt in by checking a box on a form on leadro.ai or in our Facebook or Instagram lead forms.
• What you'll receive. If you check the non-marketing box: texts about your request, its results and your scheduled calls, such as confirmations, scorecard notices and appointment reminders. If you check the marketing box: texts about special offers and our appointment-booking services. The two choices are separate and optional, and you never have to agree to texts to get a speed test or book a call.
• How often. Message frequency may vary: usually a few texts per request, plus reminders for calls you book.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
• Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any message from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or reply "START", and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties.

Our services

Paid services, pricing and any service commitments are set out in a separate written agreement you sign with us. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

Using this site

Don't misuse the site, submit false information, or try to interfere with how it works. We may change or stop parts of the site at any time.

Content

Example conversations and screens on this site show how the service works. They aren't records of real customers.

No warranties

The site and the free speed test are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site or the free speed test.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
